As a buyer, seller, and refurbisher of mobile phones, tablets, and other small electronics Reagan Wireless is dedicated to the protection of non-renewable resources. Reagan Wireless recognizes and accepts its responsibility to provide a safe and healthy working environment for all its employees, contractors and visitors who use its premises. Our Environmental Health & Safety Management System (EHSMS) governs the processing of this equipment as well as the handling & processing of residual materials. It is our intention to: Maintain an environmental, health & safety program that is consistent with ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and the R2 standard as well as reviewing the objectives and targets. Comply with all federal, state, and local laws including those covering focus materials and other requirements set by our management. Comply with all regulations for countries of import for R2 focus materials under our control. The Responsible Recycling Practices Standard (R2:2013) certification, which is recognized by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), is a set of voluntary principles and guidelines designed to promote and assess responsible practices for electronics recyclers. A management system is required that is accountable for practices affecting worker health and safety, security, the environment, and the downstream management, both domestically and internationally, of end-of-life electronic material and equipment, including cellphones and batteries.
ISO 14001:2004 - specifies requirements for an environmental management system to enable an organization to develop and implement a policy and objectives which take into account legal requirements and other requirements, and information about significant environmental aspects.
The primary requirements of ISO 14001:2004 focus on the following areas:

OHSAS 18001:2007 - is an internationally-applied British Standard for occupational health and safety management systems. It exists to help all kinds of organizations put in place demonstrably sound occupational health and safety performance. It is a widely recognized and popular occupational health and safety management system.
The primary requirements of OHSAS 18001:2007 focus on the following areas:
- Establishes an OH&S management system to eliminate or minimize risk to employees and other interested parties who may be exposed to OH&S risks associated with its activities
- Implements, maintains and continually improves an OH&S management system
- Assure itself of its conformance with its stated OH&S policy
On October 2015 Reagan Wireless was awarded NAID AAA certification for plant-based operations from the National Association for Information Destruction, Inc. (NAID), the international trade association for companies providing information document destruction services. Reagan Wireless demonstrates the company's commitment to destroying data in the most secure environment possible.
